Day 1 – “I’m just feeling a little tired, and a lot sleepy in the afternoon”
Day 2 – “Just a little tired”
Rest of the week – “Oh I’m killing this. Guess I’m just one of those people that can live on 3 hours of sleep a day. I KNEW IT!”
Saturday – *collapses*
*doesn’t get out of bed for 4 days*

I regret having slept too much, and that happens again and again.
Then I want to sleep again. When I was a kid, there were those times when I just wouldn’t sleep – never tired 😀

It’s the opposite for me – especially disordered sleep at night when preceded by napping in the daytime

Sleeping during daytime has been easier. It just happens.

Too much pressure at night to sleep 😂

Hahahaaahahahaha! Definitely the aftermath of sleep deprived. I like the way you wrote this. I guess it’s important for everyone to try and get as much sleep/rest as possible to avoid breaking down.
